For Customers

1. Vendor Policies Apply

• Cancellations and refunds are governed by the specific policies of each vendor.

• Before making a purchase, customers are advised to review the vendor’s cancellation and refund policy listed in the product or service details.

2. Raising a Cancellation or Refund Request

• Customers must contact the vendor directly through the contact information provided on the product page or order details.

• Any request for cancellation or refund must comply with the vendor’s stated policies.

3. Platform Mediation

• If a vendor fails to honor their stated cancellation or refund policy, customers can contact Digital Seva Center for mediation.

• To initiate mediation, customers must email hello@digitalseva.center with their order details and a description of the issue.

For Vendors

1. Clear Cancellation and Refund Policies

• Vendors are required to clearly define their cancellation and refund policies in their product or service descriptions.

• Policies should include:

• Timeframe for cancellations (e.g., “Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of purchase”).

• Conditions under which refunds will be issued (e.g., defective products, unmet service commitments).

2. Responsibility for Refunds

• Vendors are solely responsible for processing and issuing refunds in accordance with their stated policies.

• Digital Seva Center is not liable for any financial transactions between vendors and customers.

3. Handling Disputes

• In case of disputes, vendors must cooperate with Digital Seva Center during mediation to resolve the issue fairly.

Platform’s Role

1. Neutral Intermediary

• Digital Seva Center acts as an intermediary between vendors and customers and does not directly manage or process cancellations or refunds.

2. Mediation Services

• If a dispute arises, Digital Seva Center may mediate between the vendor and customer to ensure a fair resolution.

• The platform reserves the right to take corrective actions, such as suspending vendor accounts, if policies are not honored.

3. No Liability

• Digital Seva Center is not liable for any financial loss, delay, or failure in processing cancellations or refunds.
