• Vendors must ensure transparency in displaying shipping costs before the order is placed.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Vendors are required to specify an estimated delivery timeframe for each product (e.g., 3–5 business days).

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and the vendor’s shipping provider.

2. Delays in Delivery

• Vendors must promptly notify customers in case of any delays or unforeseen circumstances affecting the delivery timeline.

3. Local Delivery

• As the marketplace operates only in Kerala, vendors must ensure timely delivery within the state.

4. Order Tracking

• Customers can contact vendors directly for updates on their shipping status or raise concerns.

5. Failed Deliveries

• Customers must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible.

• If delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, the customer may be charged additional fees for re-shipping.

2. Vendor Responsibility

• Vendors must make reasonable efforts to contact the customer in case of failed deliveries.

6. Restricted Deliveries

• Digital Seva Center operates exclusively in Kerala, and vendors are not permitted to deliver outside the state.

• Vendors must clearly indicate any specific areas within Kerala where delivery is restricted.

7. Platform’s Role

• Digital Seva Center is not directly involved in the shipping or delivery process. The platform acts as an intermediary to connect vendors and customers.

• All shipping-related responsibilities rest with the vendors.

2. Dispute Mediation

• In case of disputes regarding shipping or delivery, Digital Seva Center may mediate between the vendor and customer to resolve the issue.

3. No Liability

• Digital Seva Center is not liable for delays, lost items, or damages during shipping. These issues must be resolved between the vendor and customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

1. Reporting Damages

• Customers must report damaged or missing items to the vendor within 24–48 hours of delivery.

• Vendors are responsible for providing solutions such as replacements or refunds as per their policies.

2. Proof of Damage

• Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence of damaged items for the vendor to process claims.
