1. Advance Payments
- All projects require an advance payment to begin work.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once the project work has started.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only if:
- The project has not yet started, and
- A written cancellation request is submitted before work begins.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Completed or delivered work
- Custom website design & development
- Digital marketing services already executed
- SEO work, ad campaigns, or promotional activities
- Purchased domains, hosting, themes, or plugins
- Third-party service charges
4. Project Cancellation by Client
If a project is cancelled after work has started:
- Payments made will not be refunded.
- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be chargeable.
5. Project Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Late content submission from the client
- Delayed approvals or feedback
- Third-party service issues
Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
6. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the service:
- We encourage you to contact us for revisions or adjustments as per the project scope.
- Reasonable revisions will be provided according to the agreed package.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Permanent termination of support
- Legal action if applicable
